Please read the following information.

1. Sales Policy and Information: Minimum opening order $200, minimum reorder $125. First orders are always COD or Pre-paid. COD’s over $1,000 must be paid with certified check or money order. Net terms available upon approval of SunFeather Credit application, a credit limit will be established for your account. Call 315-265-3648 or fax 315-265-2902 for a copy of credit application. Please do not send SunFeather your credit sheets. If we receive orders that do not meet these minimums, we will contact you.

2. International Sales Policy: The above opening & reorder minimums apply. SunFeather accepts pro-forma payments through bank wire transfer only. No international credit cards or checks will be accepted. SunFeather is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, duties, or another other fees or costs accessed on your order by your country's governmental agencies or organizations. Samples are provided at cost with all shipping and associated costs to be paid by you. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact Kelly DeShaw at kelly@sunfeather.com.

3. Wholesale pricing is not offered on all products featured on SunFeather.com. These products will show that no wholesale price is available.

4. When you fill out and submit this form you are agreeing to allow SunFeather to contact you via email with promotions and special offers. The option to opt out of these promotions will be provided should you decide you no longer wish receive them.

5. Once your completed form is received and processed, you will be provided with your login and password. It will be sent to the email address you provide.
